Words Of Moschgat

Moschgat was very inspired by Crawford’s sacrifices and contributions. He wrote a book in his remembrance named as “A Janitor’s Ten Lessons in Leadership” .
He wrote- “Private Bill Crawford didn’t pursue glory; he did his duty and then swept floors for a living, if Bill Crawford, a Medal of Honor winner, could clean latrines, touch a dirty floor mopping cloth and smile, is there a job beneath your dignity? Think about it.”
This proves how much he was affected by the personality of veteran.

I am pleased our nation’s military has finally and properly honored these brave men…and mildly proud as a retired Air Force man that our Academy family had a part to play in some of it. I will be looking to visit LT Baker’s gravesite at Arlington to honor him again and again on behalf of a grateful nation and fellow service member.
I think God every day for these brave men. Their skin color doesn’t matter to me man amen thank God for them. God bless these brave men and God bless the United States of America🙏🏻
