Greatness Lives on

After his winning battle with cancer, he blessed world with his presence for another six years. He bid world good-bye at age of 90, on July 13, 2010. He took his last breath in his dear home situated in Idaho. He was buried at the famous Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia. There lies hid fellow soldiers too.
He never left. He still lives in everyone’s heart. He still lives in the soil of the nation.
Today I told you story of two brave hearts. Soldiers are the walls of the country that protects it from their enemies. We should be grateful for their service tiwards the nation. Without them, we are nothing.

I am pleased our nation’s military has finally and properly honored these brave men…and mildly proud as a retired Air Force man that our Academy family had a part to play in some of it. I will be looking to visit LT Baker’s gravesite at Arlington to honor him again and again on behalf of a grateful nation and fellow service member.
I think God every day for these brave men. Their skin color doesn’t matter to me man amen thank God for them. God bless these brave men and God bless the United States of America🙏🏻
