Puller never gave up. He was always up for something that could bring him even a bit near to the war, he wanted to fight. Man from his troops stated that he believed in “go where guns are”.
In April of 1917, United States became a big part of The Great War. Puller was in utter hurry to get one chance to be the part of this great war.
