Borglum’s Secret
There was shortage of funding which was leading in the actual plans to take place effectively. But later government authorized secret plans of Borglum and gave him what he needed. In year 1938 and 1939 the 70 foot tunnel was added behind the head of Abraham Lincoln, when they finally completed the project. Borglum claimed that this tunnel will be the entrance of “The Hall of Records at Mount Rushmore.” Isn’t it interesting? Let’s know more about it.
